My first guess would be the person you purchased it from. Failing that you would have to contact a professional collector to confirm it's authenticity. It will be very hard to obtain a certificate if you don't have one right know, and you may have to travel, or send the item back for inspection to receive it. I find it odd that you don't have it as a collectors item is usually worthless without it. Are you sure the item you have is authentic? I would double check your sources. People have strange twists of the definition when it comes to selling "collectors items".

(Just a note, if it is a framed print, check the back for an envelope)
