It sounds like your circulation is not working properly. I'm not trying to be offensive but if you are overweight, a smoker or an excessive drinker, then these could all be contributing factors.
Have you ever suffered from DVT, any heart related conditions or do you have diabetes? Again these can all be contributing factors to poor circulation. You could try wearing flight socks through the day and see if that makes any difference to your feet. All over body massages also provide a 'boost' for your circulation. You could also try taking an aspirin a day ( if your not allergic!!) as this will thin your blood and help it to pass through your veins and artery's easier. If your still having problems, go and see your Dr, he will be able to give you some more comprehensive advice.
Hope this helps xxx

Mike's answer above is correct it is called Raynauld's syndrome. However, he is incorrect when telling you that it is harmless. First off, it is most likely that you're experiencing poor circulation. But, there is another possibility. If you are having other symptoms such as chronic fatigue, painful joints, unexplained rash on your face...you could have Lupus. The syndrome above is closely associated with Lupus. This disease is extremely hard to diagnose, most patients living for 3-7 years with symptoms prior to diagnosis. If you do have other symptoms get checked out immediatly.

It's autumn in your place and winter is fast approaching so it's cold outside so your hands are freezing. Be worried if your core body temperature goes down with your freezing hands.

Im 17, the same thing happens with me. I live in florida and my friends/family always ask why my hands are so cold. I feel fine. i eat ok. I play sports often, don't do anything to cut off circulation. It isn't even cold here, even in the summer time it happens with me. My friends says its like i put my hands in the freezer, is it bad?

You need a new thermostat. Yours is not working. Just kidding. I am the same way. My circulation is fine and I have had my thyroid checked. I have just become accustomed to being this way and adapt. I wear two sets of socks. I wear gloves when possible. We have found no medical reason for me to feel this way.

The fact that your extremities are cold indicates that you have poor blood circulation.
This is a common phenomena amongst older people and diabetics.

Do you have low blood pressure? That will cause cold extremities. Circulation problems will, too. Get moving and see if that helps.
