Your own Doctor , have you spoken to him/her to see if he /she can get you out of the trouble, you got yourself in, by putting "your foot into your mouth". And promise your Doctor that you will not do this again ,Tracy

Your gonna lose your job plus now someone will go to jail for forgery of documemts and if it's a Doctor he will loose his license.
Why did you ask this question over the Internet? Others will rat you out plus when someone gives you an answer they will investigate the places that someone listed. THINK!!!!!

I know a doctor who will do it for you. And if you loose your job just tighten it up. Just be careful not to lose your job.
