If you mean making yourself look radioactive, you could try to find some glow-in-the-dark face paint, and then get some clothes that you wouldn't mind wrecking and painting them with regular glow-in-the-dark paint.

Use White trash bags to make a skirt and shirt (of course you need to wear something under this)and with black magic marker make a hazardous waste sign on the front. Get a pair of orange or red swimming goggles and it would be really good if you had a pair of long white boots! Long white gloves would be great too. Also freak your hair out!

"Radioactive Man" is a character from the Simpsons (Bart was his sidekick "Fallout Boy"). Maybe you can do a girl version of that costume. Check out this link:
