If it has been fitted by a corgi registered enginer that is qualified to self certify then it will cost you nothing, if they are not corgi registered building control will charge around 300.00 upwards for the pleasure of inspecting and issuing certificate.... if you have installed it yourself and want a certificate no self-respecting engineer will issue one as it is their reputation on the line...

to have a boiler tested and cert issued - I would say about £400 or there abouts - depending on if there is anything wrong with it

Make sure you get several quotes to make sure you're not being 'had'

My dad is Corgi registered and in Staffordshire he would charge about £200 - usually London area is about double - I live in Essex
