I would say "Lage Raho MunnaBhai", as I liked it better. However, it is like comparing apples to oranges. They are two different kinds of movies. RDB is OK, but it really does not work out in the end. Angry young men revolting against the system - this theme has been filmed to death in Bollywood and elsewhere. Aamir should quit doing young man roles. He looks bloated and old and if he keeps up his bad habits of rich food and alcohol, he will bloat up rapidly. The end of RDB is too contrived and artificial and does not work. I was surprised it was chosen as the Oscar entry (good luck). I did like the movie overall, but it is really not a very good one. LRMB has a different theme and with a great actor like Arshad Warsi, it gels . Arshad is in a class by himself. Sanju Baba has the same problem like Aamir. He is getting old and his face is bloated up from rich food and alcohol. When will these famous stars realize that their appearance is very important to their careers? Still, he is a likeable guy and his acting has really improved over the years. His earlier films were a disaster and he turned the corner for the better since Saajan.
So, in my opinion, definitely LRMB. The script writer has dealt aith a difficult problem (the psychiatric aspect) very deftly.

Its a very difficult question but Rang De Basanti is a better movie than Lage Raho MunnaBhai. If we will analyse, the RDB was more practical situation to happen in recent times and it clearly depicts and explains the real Social and Political condition of our country in terms of youths are concerned. The group of youths depicted in the storyline are very close to real life and todays generation connects with it very easily. The Lage Raho story was lesser practical than RDB and it makes more of a fiction rather than reality. The sequences which are desribed in Lage Raho were more of a fiction whereas RDB was very practical and seems to be more thoughtful.
Now if we observe the technical aspect, the RDB was much more sophisticated and efficient than Lage Raho. The primary focus of RDB was a message whereas Lage Raho emphasized more on entertainment.

Damn. You asked a really difficult question. They both are the best movies of their sides. They both very pretty much entertaining. I think the comparison is a almost impossible. I loved both the movies. These both are of different types.
It depends on the mood which movie you like more. But obviously, if you watch anyone, you gonna love it. I give both the movies 10/10. It's like a tie for me.
