It's hard to say. It could indicate ectopic pregnancy which is very serious, or it could just be the stretching of the uterus. You should check with your physician asap, but if the pain gets severe head to the emergency room. An ectopic pregnancy can rupture the fallopian tube and cause internal bleeding.

yes, as long as it's not sharp stabbing or bad cramping pains with bleeding you should be fine. It's a combo of your uterus expanding and your ligaments expanding and gas....Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. I refer to it almost daily right now and I am due Feb 2, 2007. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

It could be round ligament pain, which is perfectly normal. It happened to me everytime I sneezed; I got a sharp pain down there. If it's accompanied by bleeding, it could be the signal of a miscarriage--see your doctor immediately. If the pain is constantly in the same area and never goes away, it could be an etopic pregnancy--another reason to see a doctor immediately.

I don't think so. You'd better call your doctor. It may be appedicitis or a tubal pregnancy.
