My bestfriend has been going out with my brother for about 9 mths. Over the weekend we went to a party,got drunk and she ened up kissing another boy. She ask me not to tell my brother and if I do then she will not be friends with me anymore. I want to tell my brother so he doesnt get really hurt by her. I feel that he should know but I dont want to lose my bestfriend. what should I do?

Friends come and go but family should always come first. If she is really your friend she is not going to put this kind of pressure on you and she is going to tell your brother so that they can have an open and honest relationship. And if she is not willing to do that then stop and think of what else she can be hiding and how this can affect your brother in the long run.

I know you said you don't want to go to the police, but there really isn't another way to fix this. Your dad needs major help. He can't beat someone up because they are gay, let alone his own son. If your dad gets so out of control that he beats your brother to a point where he needs medical attention, you need to do something. That is quite a dysfunctional family and you should do something since no one else has. It's not just dangerous for your brother. It's terrible for the whole family.

its a problem that siblings have had to deal with since the begininng of time,,,, Have you talked to your parents..I might mention it to them and ask their advice... Because this is something that every brother and sister goes through.. Your friend is asking you to go against your faimly in a way... that is not a good friend. really ... its immaturity... Yeah your brother needs to know.. but honestly .. do you think that this was a one time deal,,, sometimes when your young.. you do stupid stuff.( getting drunk and kissing guys is bad but its immatue .....but not the worst..trust me .. . ) .. Is your brother going to hate you because he expects you to have his back...?????
I would talk to your parents. They might be able to help.. YOur in the middle ... you need to call in help.... maybe the drunk thing is a wake up call for your brothers relationship... maybe they are too young still ... I am guessing they are 17-18... ,,, get help,,, this is a awkward problem.. NOW FOR YOUR FRIEND>> what if she keeps getting drunk... what if she got raped one night... thank god your had her back.... she needs to sit and think........ She may need to GROW UP>> Before she looses a best friend and a boyfriend.

I have a older brother too so I would tell him about it. Just b/c I weren't want to see him get hurt worse. Give him a hug too. You don't need this friend if she's going to hurt your family members. Friends don't do that to eachother.
If that was my brother I would feel the need to kick the girls butt too!

I would have to stick with your brother on this one. Not only is your best friend a cheat but then she's going to threaten you that she wont be your friend anymore ?? I say good riddens.

Blood is thicket than water honey. Tell your brother. If she was an honest person, she would tell him herself. If she's threatening with not being your friend anymore, than so be it. She wasn't really your friend to begin with.

the answer is simple TELL!!!!! your brother is blood and blood is always thicker than water. if she is willing to end your friendship over something-SHE did, then believe me when i tell you u she'll end it over something even more ridiculous and further more she SHOULD be the on to tell if it was as innocent as getting drunk and making a mistake. then that shouldn't be a problem for her to resolve, yes he'll be mad but it will be his choice to get over it.

Tell your friend that either she will tell him or you will. You can always get new friends but you can't always get more brothers. Besides, he may be able to deal with what she did better that you're dealing with it. He needs to know.

your brother is more important than your friend. tell him and make sure he knows she was drunk and would not have done so sober. wouldnt you want to know?
