LOL!!! That ain't a life rule at all, it is your supposition. God said in the book of Genesis -'Go forth into all the world and multiply' This is exactly what the poorer do, immagine you have no money, live in a squattr camp and no phone and no means of transport and no running water nor by the way a means to shave. Now picture yourself on the occupation of your time, try to get an education, that costs the earth? no way! Try to was and shave and dress decent enough to go for a job interview! No way! Try to get transport to town and ..... the list goes on so what do you do? Make babies, the famous past time of mankind. Wake up.

That would be a good rule. The only problem is people think they have the right to procreate and then the right for everybody Else to pay for their inability to act responsibility. Oh and for the pro lifers if your gonna pass a law that stops abortion then make sure you pay for all the unwanted results or at least require people to procreate only by permit.. Wow we could wipe out religion in 2 generations

Lol, I used to exhibit screen married...with children, with my dad at the same time as i replaced right into a baby, I continually idea tang sandwich's, replaced into so humorous lol. notwithstanding, i like 8 easy regulations extra, i imagine it is funnier.

So what one should get an abortion because they cant afford a child?
This is America you cant dictate to people who can and cant have children. I personally feel that some people should be sterilized and never allowed to ever have children, but our country doesnt work that way and if you dont like it go live in china.

Good rule, but sadly, many of them are not having the children, they are aborting them, and that's more evil than having them.
Maybe the question should be: JUST DON"T HAVE SEX! or
USE BIRTH CONTROL!
I don't even believe its that they are uneducated anymore, there are a million free programs for this, I think its that THEY JUST DON'T CARE!
