I have a game on a 1.4GB DVD-R disc (looks like mini DVD). How can i transfer this to my PSP using mem stick?

I have 2GB memory card and a memory stick and this 1.4GB disc with a game on it and no idea how to get the game from this disc onto my memory stick so that I can play it on my PSP.

The PSP is specially programmed so that it will only play games from a UMD. Even if you transfer the game onto your memory card (by copying it into the folder on the memory stick named "PSP" there is no way you can play this. This is to stop people playing games on their PSP that have not been bought and losing the Sony company money. Hard luck; you'll just have to buy your PSP games like the rest of us. There is no way around it. The people at Sony are smart, you won't be able to play that game, you can keep trying though. lol.

the disc will actually play on your pc so download it onto the stick

but if your trying to write it to a mem card
you need a card reader looks a bit like a mem stick except on the side is slit for inserting the card into

What sort of game? The PSP won't run most games without being hacked. If it's a commercial game, the easiest thing to do would be to buy the game from a shop, rather than illegally pirating it.

use a PC to copy the data from the DVD to the memory stick. you'll need to put it into the right folder tho, i'm not sure which folder in the memory stick should be used.
