I don't know - really. I've had dreams about my mother and the husband of a friend [both deceased] the past few nights for no reason at all. I wasn't thinking about either one of them. I hate that because I feel like I'm going to meet up with them momentarily and it won't be on this planet.
But how did you see your grandfather? What did he look like? Can you add more info?

If you are seeing someone that can't possibly really be there, then there are several possible explanations.

You may have a chemical or emotional imbalance that is making you hallucinate. This could be serious, but it could also just as easily mean you are not getting enough sleep. You may also be so preoccupied with some internal struggle that your imagination is overcompensating to try and help you cope.

If it continues, I recommend that you ask a doctor or a counselor for help to understand what you are experiencing.

You were just with her when you visited me before??" she replayed: "No they were not us, they were demons"! and I believed her, then she said that she will go to bring my cousin to the "dead's world" and she went out, she looked weird not like my grandmother that I know, she was acting very sly and suspiciously, and then I was alone with my aunt, she was sitting drinking coffee as she always do everyday in reality, I asked her something, and she answered me, But her voice was like my mother's voice, and I said what happened to your voice??! you sound like my mother, she said "I'm her sister, we've got a similar voice" but in real they don't have a similar voice, and then her face changed, it was morphing between my mother's face and my aunt's face, and then I Woke up and kept thinking about these 2 dreams, they told me that demons try to ruin real dreams, and That means I saw my grandma and cousin for real, then 2 demons tried to ruin it by showing me my grandmother and my aunt, and trying to tell me that they're the real ones, and the real ones are the demons, but the bad imitation of the one who tried to imitate my aunt have exposed them, and notice that we were both young in that dream and the faces were not perfect and there was many things in the dreams are related to our memories, I know you had that dream about them for the first time, but you might had a dream about them and you have forgot it, and I don't care if you will call me crazy,
