My view at the office is basically brick wall. Any wors out there?

Make my day if you have more horrible view, tell me, I feel like I work in jail- but I am not

There is absolutely no view at all. My entire office and all of the offices around me have no windows. To make it worse, the CEO forbids pictues, calenders, or anything from hanging on the walls. Every single wall in this building is covered in a mute grey wallpaper that is coming unglued from the wall. Even better than that... My tile floor is bowed under my desk, so the tile is breaking out under my chair. When I roll to the end of my desk, the casters get stuck in the hole. Ans, the lights are flourescent lights that buzz and we can't have radios, or computer speakers here. I promise, enjoy your brick wall.

I work in a mall, therefore with no windows. Is your brick wall outside a window, or can you decorate it somehow? Maybe with tasteful posters, large wall calendars, or photos of friends and family? If there is a window separating you and the brick wall, perhaps you could add some window clings such as fall leaves or snowflakes. Hopefully your boss wouldn't be averse to your making the cubicle a more pleasant place to be.
