I am looking for customer servive for western auto store in wentzville mo. Cant find it. Can u help?

I waited 1 hr. 15 min. to get tires put on my car when They finally told me they were out of my particular tire. Instead of an apology, I agot ( hey man bad news , no tires in stock ) , no apology or hey I'm sorry for the inconvenience or anything. So I want to complain to the co. about this matter.

It may help to know that Western Auto is owned by ADVANCED AUTO, who's home office is in Roanoke Va.
