I took an Enema about 10 minutes ago and nothing happened...
Is it still possible for it to work within the day??

You didn't say what kind of enema you took. Is it one of the small Fleet type of enemas that you buy at the drug store or was it a two quart enema from a hot water bottle/syringe?
If it was the Fleet type it could be still inside you and could yet still work at any moment. I wouldn't get too far from the bathroom either. The more you walk around the better chance you have of getting it to work. If you just sit around then you could wind you holding it all day.
Now, if you took a two quart enema and it didn't come out, then you really have a problem and you might want to consider getting yourself to an emergency room.

Yes it should work, soon. Did you use a good brand to stimulate enough.If you needed an enema and it doesn't work, you can use another one.Read the instructions carefully, and follow the instructions.

have you expelled the enema? If you are walking around with it inside then the fun is yet to come. If it is expelled it may not do a thing.

try magnisium citrate if your still having problems.. its a 10oz drink in a little glass bottle that you can get in any pharmacy and it will clean you out. get the lemon flavored.
