Follow this link for a picture of an ape at the St Louis zoo that is completely hairless.

Basically it looks pretty much like you would expect it to. It's still notably not-human because the hands and face are off, and melanin is speckled across its skin instead of completely one colour or another. But it does have some body parts with remarkable similarity.
PS: It does look a LITTLE bit like Telly Savalas. ( :
