Actually, I had heard that on Oct 29, 2012 is whan the Aztec calendar (which was fairly accutrate in the past) is when the 5th Sun (the current incarnation of the Earth) will be destroyed in a massive Earthquake. Quetzelcouatl will then create a new Sun (read Earth) and will rule over it. Try looking this up on Wikipedia. They have links to websites about this.
