Just a tip....if you and this girl are not speaking real regularly, don't just blurt out "I love you".

Don't tell her...show her...do something special for her, find out her favorite flower in general conversation so she's not expecting it, and then get her that flower, make her dinner, take her somewhere thats special to you, do the little things that will slowly make her see you love her. Find a card at the store that says what you want her to know and give it to her...little thoughtful things like that

She may already know that you love her. Try saying it at the end of a phone call, that way you can hang up and recuperate. She'll probably call you right back just to see if that's what you said.

My boyfriend was very shy and stuff around me to in the beginning and our first "love you" story might help out... I was working in a retail store in the fitting rooms and we were text messaging each other and I wrote "luv you" and he wrote back "I love you" and I put "really love?" and he said "yes" and I said "I love you too" and as silly as it seems I still get butterflies when I think about it.

Think about you want to say ,write it down practice saying it until you remember every word then ask her dont change it no matter what the circmstances are or where you are JUST DO IT.goodluck.

You write a letter to her and send it by regular mail, maybe enclose a nice card, that will speak for you, sending flowers will help too.
