I've never heard that about cheese, but pork can cause nightmares. It has something to do with your blood pressure

no its not true that u get nightmares...but its not recommended, since cheese usually is a source of energy. Before u sleep, its recommended that u drink a glass of warm milk, since it has lactic acid, which induces sleep..and provides a good nights sleep. You will NOT have nightmares with cheese...but u might have some trouble sleeping, since it will keep u twisting and turning in bed. You can eat cheese before an exam.

No. Funnily enough, I tested that last night. I ate some Swiss cheese a half hour before I went to sleep and slept the whole night through without any nightmares.

Yep, and the rationalization is via fact the moon is made out of cheese, and it comes up at evening, and the cheese on your abdomen reacts with the cheese interior the moon, and the end result's screaming nightmares. no count if it is a moonless evening although, there is not any subject. no longer fairly some human beings understand that!

take it from em. that is not true, because in a world were there are vegetarians, veegans,lactose intolorants, and fanatics. sadly, we have all eaten cheese before bed one day long ago, or will soon.
my answer is no because the only thing you get when u eat cheese before sleep, is serious gasses, and maybe diarea.

I haven't nor has my husband, sometimes we will get a piece of cheese with some cracker before we go to bed.

Science doesnt beleive or give importance to any superstitons.
Such beliefs r built just by some minds and instilled into other's.
I dont think its true at all......even if it is, it has to have a reason.

It does make you dream more.
There is an episode of "Gomer Pyle, USMC" where Pyle had weird sleepwalking episodes every time he ate Welsh Rarebit.
