Land?
Of course , land is quiet valueable, especially in recent years in big city. I lived in GuangZhou, Canton Province. There are more and more high buidings in the city, and the price of the land is rising inrediable!! Sevral years ago, the price of a apartment is only 2000-4000 RMB per m2, but now, it rise to 6000 RMB on average, and as I know , many apartment is more than 10000 RMB/m2!!!
So many people who in the estate industry became very wealthy!But most of them don't have high quality, they became wealthy only because they accumulated their wealth in the period of 1980-1990, and then they invested this money to estate!
But the high price of land has caused many problems, and the government is now focus on it. Some actions are taken now.
Buisness?
Maybe it's the right answer.
In the period of 1980-1990, China change it's policy on enconomy, the people who take part in business in this period became very wealth today.
Government jobs?
Most Government jobs are not well paid(but more than average salary in other indusry), but it provide very good wellfare.
But as I know , many officers are very rich!
Why? hehe, think it yourself.
