Yes, you do tell her she has something in her teeth, but you also spare her the humiliation of discovery by not telling her what you think it is. Approach her quietly and say, "Excuse me, but I think there is something in your mouth that needs removing," and allow her to attend to it herself. If you have the misfortune to witness her embarrassment, say something commiserative and neutral, like, "This happens to us all the time yet we still find it embarrassing," or "I know I would want somebody to tell me if I had food in my teeth."
