This is a "No answer" Question, because in no way can I tell you how to get over someone you may have once loved.
The most important thing for you to do, is concentrate on things that you still LOVE, such as your children, your job...or whatever else makes you happy in life.
Free time is a NO, NO! Make every minute count, so at the end of the day when you lay down... you are too tired to contiplate how much you may miss him.
Family, friends and Fun things to do, are the best support right now.
Get a makeover- hair cut, new color...something that makes you feel like a new person - not that old person who needed him!

Because he is "your baby daddy", you will have to deal with him, but that doesn't mean you have to let him keep a hold on you. As you become stronger, it will become easier to deal with him when need be.
My Baby daddy and I were together for 14 years. I never thought I would see the day when I could let go... Today, I could care less about him.
