Probably not. It's about 40 degrees outside, and the air is on in the building I'm at. So, I'm turning blue a bit. No sweating for me today. :(

Probably not, I have dance class, but I hardly ever sweat, even when I work hard! the only time I do is when I do resistance training

One and a half hours until I get sweaty...it is freezing cold outside and I am thinking I should get home, get a fire going in the cottage, get all snuggled and hibernatey...
...sounds more fun than going out in the nastiness for a run
