Not really a classical composer, but I like John Williams. I really like the soundtrack from the Empire Strikes Back and the one from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
If you're talking old dead guys, then it's probably something like Beethoven, as corny as that sounds. I really like Fur Elise, and that other one that goes DUN DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN...DUN DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNNNNN. Don't remember which one that is.
