I will assume that you mean what modern countries are affected by vocanism recently rather than in the past. Iceland and Japan are both growing due to volcanic activities. The state od Hawaii is also growing the same way. Indonesia was changed greatly when Krakatoa exploded (an island disappeared). Mexico, Central America, the USA, Canada, Italy, and Russia all have been affected by volcanoes in the past.
