Protein contains 4 calories per gram
Carbohydrates and alcohols contain 4 calories per gram
Fat contains 9 calories per gram
Water contains 0 calories per gram
Iron contains 0 calories per gram

Caloric value of supplements:
Protein = 25*4 = 100 cal
Carbohydrates = 110*4 = 440 cal
Fat = 20*9 = 180
Alcohol = 5*4 = 20
Water and iron = 0

Total caloric value = 100 + 440 + 180 + 20
= 740 calories

110gms of carbs = 440 cal
25gms of protein = 100 cal
20gms of fat = 180 cal
5gms of alcohol = 20 cal
600 gms of water = 0 cal
3gms of iron = 0 cal

Total = 740 cal

But keep in mind that the alcohol will be processed by the liver, and while that's happening, the other food will be converted to fat. That's why beer is pure carbohidrates, but people develop "beer bellies".

There is a lot of information about how and when the body processes various components of a meal out on the web. You should have no trouble finding this.
