I'm not sure what you mean by "change it up" unless that means to change my sleeping ensemble? Mostly I like the sleep pants, like jogging pants, with tank tops; sometimes shorts and tank tops; sometimes just a tank top and underwear; pajamas when it's cold; sometimes nothing! LOL One thing I don't wear is gowns - I never have been a gown person, I simply do not like gowns, long or short.

To me it depends. When I have the mood, I slip into my pajama's and actually change sometimes in my nighties. But usually I just wear on normal clothes that are sleep-able, like shirts and cotton pants.
I read in this magazine that its ok if you dont want to wear a bra while you sleep, it gives them 'air' - just thought you'd like to know.
i dont buy a lot of sleeping clothes, but i do buy some because just imagine if you were on a sleep over? And its totally gross if you dont EVER wash your night cloths

Pretty much shorts (boxers) & t-shirt all year because I'm hot at night i like never get cold but i do like the feel of flannel so sometimes in the winter i will wear flannel pj's.....but not often...i live in Texas & it doesnt get too cold here..lol

Sorry, but Im plain and simple. I like T-shirts all year around. Im single with little girls that love PJs. When I was married I did the sexy gowns then.

Well if I'm feeling lucky (sexy) I'll put on my lace teddy and a thong, if I'm just tired I take off everything and plop in the bed, However most of the time it panties and a tee shirt

I do change it up. I get too cold just going to the bathroom in my summer gowns...though when I wear pajamas with pants I can't sleep with the pants on my legs so I leave the pants on the chair in my room and when I get up I slip them on.

In the warm weather, I have a Victoria's Secret nightshirt that I wear. In cool weather, flannel pj bottoms & top.

A T-shirt and pj shorts. Unless i'm feelin sick to my stomach then i just wear T-shirt and panties. If i'm feeling sexy i have to go with the lingerie. I guess it really depends on the occasion and the weather.

I usually wear like a tank top and underwear... i move around alot so if i wear anything else i get all twisted in my pjs
