If Osama would want to become President of the USA, he would have to come out of hiding and be shot instantly. So I don't think your dream would come true.
But - as a consolation - Osama hates Americans. If he became President of the USA, he would hate himself and as such would never be able to bring prosperity.

Some of the Liberals out there would prefer Osama over Bush as President and that is a scary thought.

It can't become true without serious reform on Osama's part, due to the Establishment Clause of our first Amendment to the Constitution.

That question needs to be taken out and shot.
Oh, yeah, and there's this little thing called the Constipation of the United States, which says you have to be born a US Citizen to become President. I'm sure the DNC will try to get that changed so they can nominate him, though.
