How do you make fake testicles?

Hello. One of my friends wants me to make him fake testicles to hang outside his pants for Halloween (similar to Jackass 2 movie).
Can anyone tell me how I can do this?

why doesn't he just hang his out of his pants instead of using fakes - be more of a laugh - especially if the gals dig it or the cops bust him - hehe.

But really the best way is to make up some paper mache and form them as close to proper size and shape as you can. Although I guess for halloween you might want to make them larger eh. Then get a thin piece of flexible fabric tha tis as close to skin colour as possible to make the sac out of. Check the local fabric store or a big store that has a fabric department to feel a few fabrics and find one that is just right.

Put two elastic (not too soft and not too hard) balls into little plastic bags (the plastic should be of a thin layer).

paint 2 golf balls brown and hang them in some old pantyhose. p.s make sure the girl is not wearing them at the time.

use a footie or something similar and put in two balls (check the toy store for small rubber ones). sew it up and you are done.
