He says I have to learn to work with different types of peolple.He thinks she is "slow"I am considering quitting.Is there any legal steps I can take to fix this.We are suppose tobe equal but if it was me i would get fired.

try www.osha.gov I do belive you could be able to get both the person harrasing you in trouble along with your employer for not doing anything about it. That website should tell you what to do.

If you have a labor relations board in your town, go talk to them. The boss seems to not want to deal with the person or may not know how. He may be the type that doesn't want to deal with what he considers personal problems, only in production, and can't see that this may be affecting your production.

There is a difference between sexual harassment and being rude...

Learn to get along with others... It'll make your life far more tolerable...

huge difference between harassing and being rude - being rude is not illegal - harassing is - I would consult and attorney and document everything starting now!
