Does being a left hander or right hander affect if you are a right brain or left brainer?

I have been doing some research, but have not come across a conclusion. If anyone knows of sources, I would be abliged.

Right brain and left brain is a nomenclature that covers a broad group of characters and it is not a specified character like the handedness, they 're not related but their association could be random .

Actually it is the opposite. Being right brained or left brained usually affects it you are right handed or left handed.
