Is one with cool and the other with warm undertones?

The Ultra Pure WHite I used, had a slight lustre to it. When they say Ultra Pure White, they mean it! It was great to really brighten a room.

Behr Ultra Pure White

One will be cooler than the other. That is done with a little blue tone.
My main question would be why in the devil would you want to use Behr - I would try either Sherwin Williams or Dulux.

Two paints I would never use in my house. I use quality only; Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Rustoleum.
