I do general office job, and some of accounting work like payroll for about 10 employee every other week,account payable and receivable, invoices, reconcile bank statements monthly , pay the company liabilities, prepare the deposit slip for the incomming checks also I fix the small problems in the computer software , I work for a small bussines and I am proffessional in my work so far I have been doing this for 4 years and I didn't do any mistake in any number or price , can I know what is the average pay for this job ? and do I have any other benifits like health Insurance or not ?by the way I am the office manager there

I have a Bachlor degree in computer scince and I work in Michigan , but I got my degree from my home country 8 years ago

just to let somenboy now that I am not a native speaker and I have been in U.S. for only 4 years and I didn't have a chance to go to school here cause I have to work and support myself , but that is doesn't mean that I am not good at my work , there are another side on the world, the world has so many other countries not only U.S.

Go on Monster.com or other job sites, they usually have tools to answer this question.

Frankly, a lot depends on where you live, your degree, you seniority.

Check with monster.com. Pay rates vary with company size and location.
btw...asking whether or not you have benefits is a definite indication that you are actually a subordinate rather than the office manager. An office manager should already know whether or not there are benefits available.
