I would like to know the address/phone number/email of a person. Is it possible to find out only with the car registration number?

dont listen to them bumholes,you can get the address of the person from the dvla it costs £10,tell them uve had an accidet and the other driver drove off. sounds a bit dodgy tho,stalker!

The DVLA, but they wont give you any info as its confidential. You can always try the police.

Yes - if you have a friend in the police/army they should be able to get that info for you.
