These are a Chinese-made model, imported to Canada, then to the USA by a company called Baja Motorsport.

Just type in 'Baja Motorsport' and 'complaint' in Google and you'll see you're not alone in having problems with this company.

You can try to continue going through the regular channels, but if you purchased the ATV direct from Canada (not from a local Pep Boys, etc), you will have trouble getting any satisfaction from the Better Business Bureau or your local Attorney's General office.

However, if you paid for the ATV with a credit card, you may be able to dispute the charge. Check with the card issuer.

I'm sorry you're having so many problems. Unfortunately, the folks selling these machines keep telling people they are 'just like Honda', and they're not. Even if they were an exact copy, they are missing the main reason to purchase the original: your local dealer, and his parts department!

Being that atvs are titled vehicles, the dealer isn't going to be able to just give you your money back. That is why they have a service department to fix it. Your dealer didn't manufacture the atv, you would have to go after the manufacturer to get credited and good luck with that!

You might want to put your keyboard in the shop too. When it gets back, resubmit your question so we can answer it.
