Yes, monster.com is a good place to post them. It will give you guidance along the way.
You should also look at the web site of your local paper. Some of them have job search & resume posting services and they will often have more local job listings than the big national sites.
Pretty much all of them will be fairly straightforward. If you can figure out how to post a question here you should be able to manage it just fine.

go to careerbuilder.com or monster.com and sign up (register) they will walk u step by step thru the questionaires and process of how to type in/copy & paste ur resume online
