what can u do about getting your kids back from your ex-inlaws. I can still see the kids, but what can I do legally.If my realative had the kids for 3 years and I see them every now and thenand pay children support. Can I get the kids back? I had relatives with connections with important people, Everybody is telling me I am a bad person. Is there anybody had to go through this stuff before, please give me some advice.

I have to assume that you are one of the natural parents of the kids. -
How did the inlaws get to have your kids to begin with?
Did you just give them to the inlaws or abandom them or what?
Unless you allowed them to be adopted or unless a Court awarded them the kids for some reason you may have some problems getting them back.
And if your wife was awarded the kids during your divorce or seperation - and she allowed the inlaws the right to care for them you will have go get over this hurdle to show that you are more fit to take care of them then the inlaws are!
Whether you are a "bad" person is up to the Court - nobody else!
If you did not just give the kids to your inlaws, and they have not been adopted by them, and the Court has not awarded their custody to them - you are still the natural legal guardian unless the Court awarded custody of them to your wife - and have the right to DEMAND that the kids be returned to you.
You will have to file papers with the Court so accordingly you will need the services of an Attorney/Lawyer to attend to this.

I would get a lawyer. But you do not sound like your living in the USA go to your town counsel and see what legal steps you must take. You need to be able to do something like this... in a legal way. But you mentioned you see your children now and again. ... what is now and again? when you feel like it ? Or on a regualr basis.. In amercia.. you need to see your kids every visitaion chance. this shows you care and your available... money isnt the only basis.. Talk to a legal person they can tell you how to petition the courts or do what you need to do... it may be easy.. But you need to be a good father... first..

If you feel that you are not a bad person. I would get a good lawyer and fight like my life depended on it. Also Just put the kids first in your life and all will be good. Good luck

Realative is: relative. Since you don't include the history of the case, Just that you'r a bad person, I have to go along with them!
