Depends on which accounts you're going to/from. Some do, some don't.

You can always send an email to everyone (including your new email addy) announcing your new email addy. Then, use the email in your new addy inbox to add the list to your address book.

Forward all emails by reply, that sends out to your contacts so they can update the new address easily.
