Prime Minister??

Stephen Harper (not Steven)

But then there is always this fun tidbit of info...
The United States Constitution clearly states that "no person except a natural born Citizen" is eligible to become President or Vice President of the US. However, one person did manage to beat the system, and he turned out be a Canadian too! He was Chester Arthur, America's 21st President, and he got away with it for 120 years.
