i was divorced in santa clara county california sometime between 2002-2004 and i need a copy a.s.a.p so that i can prove that my current marital status is legal

You need to call the Santa Clara County courthouse and ask that question. Usually, you can send in a fee and get a copy of the legal document you need. Look on the internet for the courthouse phone number and make the call.

All you have to do is contact the clerks office in Clara county; you may have to pay a fee for a copy of your divorce decree.

call the court house in Santa Clara county and ask them to fax you a copy if that's possible other wise you may need to go there in person to get a copy

County courthouse...if you call have a credit card ready...because they usually charge for stuff like that.
