who do most girl wear there eyeliner i wear mine on botton but lots of people wear there's on top n think wearing it on botton is weird

i have small bright blue eyes wat would look the best

Try lining the top only, I think it will open up your eyes.

Hi! I am a BeautiControl Consultant. You can wear your eyeliner along the top of the lid and half way along the bottom lid. If you have small eyes you may want to wear your half on top and half on bottom. This will open up your pretty blue eyes. You can really wear any color!

for you i suggest not a lot because you do have small eyes and eyeliner can make them smaller

if you do want to do it on the top thats ok but make sure on the bottom you only go half way from the outside to the inside...it will give you the eyeliner look but wont shrink ur eyes

for a subtle look i suggest getting a darker eyeshadow and using that instead... it softens up the look and gives you that smokey eye that girls just love

I know everyone says to line the top but I have always had problems with this. It is so hard to make this look work. It always makes me look like a racoon. I can never get the line thin enough because i have shaky hands. I line the inner bottom rim with anything but black and i love the look. Hope you find what works for you.

if your eyes are smaller you may want to go with a lighter color liner to make them look bigger. just like black is slimming clothing wise, it can also make your eyes look smaller. so try a grey eyeliner on top and a white or pearl color liner just at the lash line on the bottom. apply an off black or grey mascara and you're all done.
ps. don't forget the eye drops to brighten you up!

small blue eyes....i have big bright blue eyes and i us black eyeliner on the bottoms and it looks just fine. just like reds heads should use brown eyeliner and black heads should use blue or brown....i think eyecolor is kind of free to experiment with.

experiment w/ the eyeliner colors and ask people which look s the best....

It's all a matter of taste. I know people who will line the top and bottom. There are no rules, do whatever looks best on you.

in the inner rim of the bottom lid add white eye linner it is what tira banks wears, itbrightense the eyes and make you look like you had 8 hours of sleep when you had half. ;)

If you wear it on both top and bottom you will find that it opens up your eyes and makes them look bigger. Eye-liner is made to enhance your eyes not close them. iF you wear it on bottom only it makes you look like your eyes are swollen and irritated. If you wear it on top only... it will close your eyes and make them look smaller. Wear it on both and everyone will notice your eyes because it opens them up.
