I hate capris, so I'd opt for jeans. But why would you want to show a huge portion of your waist and breast line, unless you want that kind of attention. If so, just go naked and do away with the clothing dilemma.
With a sleeveless dress or a sleeveless bra? Never heard of that one. With a dress, does it really make a difference whether you wear tight panties or shorts?
Your questions sound like you're young and very naive. My suggestion is to learn how to write so you can be understood, and then learn how to dress appropriately, not like a junior harlot.
