Well dude i would recommend bittorrent cause it is more popular and you will be able get it best quality.
or u can try www.TV.com...there u can also download/view whole 2nd season.But then again,u dont want it with iTunes.I think they also offer in QuickTime format too.
Other then that,try any P2P software.Like Shazerea or Lime wire, but they are slower.
Im not sure wehter u will able to get Lost episode on any site, cause it is a big Series...and i dont think anyone would host such big series on there servers.

those are the only ways, unless it's in syndication overseas, but i doubt it would be.
