Everybody has that trouble. If Microsoft really was getting any message, they might have done something about it.... I'd leave it OFF.
Good luck

Error reporting can be useful. It helps MS indenify issues. Thats where the critical updates come from. Also, depending on the error, MS can immediately generate a crash report and tell you how to fix it or direct you to the appropriate knowledge base. Its up to you but looking at the big picture, it does help everyone.

Disable or Enable it dosen't matter its all sent to Microsoft so they can make a better OS. I Believe that most of them get Ignored so I don't really send them anymore. However you can sometimes get help in the links that it provides.

Do a **System Recovery** These instructions, will clean everything off of your hard drive, so you must back up anything that you want to save. I have done this three times, and I got these instructions, from a computer tech. When starting your computer, tap the F-10 key. click on next-yes-and follow the instructions, that come up on your screen. When you are finished, your computer, will look just like it did, when you first bought it.Do these steps, in order, when finished. 1. set up windows firewall 2. windows update (click express) 3. install your anti-virus program (update) 4. install anti-spyware (update) Good Luck..
