Try turning to your most pleasant past memories.

I often turn to my old memories at school, and visiting my school mates during winter time.
I can't do it anymore since they've been invicted and live somewhere else :(
Or whatever, choose to do something like going out during winter since you feel more wrapped in yourself and feel confortable in your own space.

you can't since it's always connected. Best chances are either to use mind-altering substances or severe your head and put some distance in between

why do you want to? most turn to drugs and or alcohol though I reccomend you get professional help. They do have drugs to help
