I would say the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queens Square, London. It is a specialised hospital and all the doctors seem to know what they are doing.

Aintree Hospital in Liverpool has a very good neurology department. Very advanced, high technology. Hope your husband has a speedy recovery. Best wishes.
