Is it a good movie? Is it anything like the actually story or have they changed a lot of things?

I saw it last Friday and thought it was awesome! It's not completely historical (they changed a few things and left some things out) but if you see it just to see a wonderful movie it won't disappoint. The sets and costumes were amazing and Kirsten Dunst and Jason Schwartzman did an awesome job portraying Marie Antoinette and Louis.

Ive been wondering if its a good movie as well it looks like a good movie. They were showing the 1930's version of it on the TCM channel the other night.

I've heard that it isn't great. It is more focused in the great wardrobe of that century than in making an interesting story. Kirsten Dunst appears in every single scene apparently.
