I'm just wondering...
If you were to somehow inherent such a big big 10 storie 1/2 mile wide mansion, what would you do with it?

sell it because if you inherited the place you could not afford to keep it, ie property tax around 45K a year, lawn maintenance, electric bill, etc plus insurance

I would have to say I'd sell it. If I didn't also inherit a huge sum of money to go with the house, I wouldn't be able to maintain it, ie, huge gas, water, electric bills. Then I would use the money to travel the world and buy my sister a small house and ask her to leave her crappy boyfriend and go live in it.

If you afford the taxes, insurance, maintenance...live in it and enjoy it.
If not you will have to sell it....
