I wasn't aware that such information gets aggregated by anyone. It seems that you may have to contact each institutions one-by-one. It may depend on the level of the certificates, that is, high school vs college level.

If you are checking accreditation of the degrees your employees have submitted, then get the name of the degree and then use the Chea.Org database to search the college or university. If the college or university is not listed in Chea, then the school is not accredited. You can also search the US Department of Education for the college or university. Before you start your search you need official transcripts, which you can ask your employees to provide.

U can outsource the verification work to agencies who would personally go to the companies to check the experience certificates submitted by the employees and Unversities/colleges to verify the educational qualifications. one such agency is M/s.QUEST
