Several:
Fractured skull - face-plant into a terrazo floor when I was 2.
Broken elbow and arm, cracked ribs, sprained shoulder - fell off the monkey bars when I was 6.
Chipped a few teeth - various ages between 6 and 10.
Have broken most of my toes at one time or another from various dance, skating, or stupidity-related activities.
Broken fingers and sprained hand and wrist - high school gym class when I was 16.
Cracked jaw and severe concussion - fell down stairs (or up?) on the way to class in college when I was 18.
Fractured skull, concussion and multiple sprains and contusions - car accident senior year in college when I was 20.
Broken ankle - bike accident when I was 22.
Stress fracture in left hand and foot, sprained right wrist, concussion - fell down stairs (wasn't THAT drunk) last year.

These are just the incidents that I can remember. I'm a wee bit accident prone, but still going like the Energizer bunny. Yes, I ache when it gets cold out....

Spiral fracture to my fibula so that the bottom half of the leg was twisting round the wrong way by about 3 inches and 1 bone break to the inside of my foot and i fracture across the top of my ankle. All these were done in the same footy accident, got tackled while my leg got stuck in the ground, so the bones took the brunt of it.

Broke my elbow when I was younger playing.

Broke my 4th knuckle on my right hand in a late night incident defending myself.

Broke little toe on both feet playing football.

I've got a check list for the rest of them

I broke my arm when i fell off the balance beam in gymnastics
Then i broke my ankle when i fell off the balance beam AGAIN
Broke my foot in an accident too!!
Broke the other foot's pinkie toe, which really hurt
Broke my tooth when someone accidentally punched me and i fell
I broke my pelvis when i was running down the stairs holding my cat( the cat was fine, i wasn't)

Do pinky toes count? I have done that several times and MAN-O-MAN does that hurt. Never did a big bone so it probably doesn't relate to THAT pain.

Last time I did it I separated the pinky toe with it's sisters on th edge of my curio cabinet. I don't swear much but I had a few choice words that day. Once I got a shoe on to go to work I couldn't take it off till I got home or I couldn't get it back on. It hurt for weeks. Owie!

You should try to be more careful! Hope you don't get anymore broken bones.

I broke a bone in my foot, I just slipped when taking the kids to school, it was agony and my foot from toes to half way up my leg was black with bruising and swollen like a balloon, which made it itch but too sore to scratch, I also broke a toe running upstairs in bare feet when I tripped.

I did break an arm in a car accident but my worst injury was falling on the sidewalk and getting a crack in my A$S.
