Sounds like a bladder infection. Start drinking water to flush the urinary tract. Try to pick up some cranberry juice (full strength) and drink lots it will help with bacteria. It's best to go to a doctor and a urinalysis done, if bad enough, it can move up to the kidneys (dangerous), so take care of it promptly.

It sure sounds like a urinary tract infection with burning and urgency. You can go to the grocery store or pharmacy and get some Uristat over the counter. You take it as directed with food (otherwise you will get horribly nauseated) to relieve the pain and urgency. It will make your urine dark orange to red (this stains everything). You will need to see a doctor in order to get a prescription for an antibiotic to cure the UTI. The Uristat will make you feel much better, but it is only masking the symptoms and the UTI will cont to get worse until you start the antibiotics. Make sure that when you are trying to make an appointment with a doctor or clinic that you have a UTI and need to be seen ASAP.
Good luck!

sounds like a urineary (sp) tract infection. There is a pill that is over the counter to help ease the pain and discomfort, but you will need antibiotics. The otc medicine may help hold you over till you see the dr. Drink cranberry juice. .. I dont know why, but it's a universal thing that when you have a uti, cranberry juice helps. Or drink alot of water. . .it'll hurt to pee at first, I know, but it'll help push that infection out. I'd go to a primary care center, waiting a week will be hell.

It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. I get them quite often, and that is generally what I feel like. If you cannot get to the doctor right away here is a home remedy that a friend told me about and I swear by it. Get some Arm & Hammer Baking Soda and mix with water and drink. It has a nasty fishy taste but it definetly stops the pain and discomfort. Do not drink with cranberry juice though, it will cancel each other out. Also cranberry pills help me out. Drink lots of water and stay away from caffiene.

You have a UTI. Get to the dr for meds before it spreads to your kidneys and you end up in the ER!! Since you can't get an appt, go to a walkin urgent care center near you. If you cant, go to the store and buy some cranberry supplement capsules. Take 6 at a time 3 times a day and drink TONS of water! I used to get these all the time and that really worked. Just make sure you do something....if you are having pain in your lower back also...that means it has spread to your kidneys and you REALLY need to go to the ER! These things SUCK!!! Good luck!

You do have an infection, you can get relief from a medicine available otc now. It is Pyridium, it will turn the urine orange, but will take your symptoms away while you take it. The infection however is not treated you need antibiotics so make that appt with your doctor. Be sure to drink at least 2 liters of water every day while taking the Pyridium.

It's probabally a UTI or bladder infection. Honestly drink Cranberry Juice or Cranberry Juice Cocktail to make the urgency or feeling like you need to go, go away. Then check with your doctor because there are pills you can take as well. It is very common for some women, me being one of them.
